This past month I've been trying out new recipes that go beyond my banana cake, and Al's and my famous choc chip cookies. I discovered that I can spend up to a day baking without getting sick of it. This has definitely been made easier with my 21st gifts of a hand mixer and the Choc recipe book so thanks guys!!!

haha thanks May! i think that the name of the tart has bitter in it cos it's dark chocolate instead of milk however i added some milk mint choc to make it more sweet. =P
